Laziness today can be considered the father of any vices and a key action in a daily time.That’s the reason why we decided to name our taster place "Ozium" that is located in the charming and peaceful village of Guardistallo to indicate the right place where we can satisfy our primary vice that all of us adore: eat and drink in a warm and friendly environment with a soft atmosphere and a friendly professional service.
And if it is true that the leisure moments are mental clarity intervals within life’s troubles (Ambrose Bierce), we wanted to create a multipurpose place that would give everyone the chance to find that moment of clarity and peace during evening hours: during aperitif, tasting mixed appetizers served with wine or classic and non classic cocktails;
During dinner time proposing taste of various and traditional dishes of Tuscan and regional food.
after dinner time there is the opportunity to taste various home-made desserts served with wines, the excellent "cocktail of Ludo”, or simply with teas and selected herbal teas.
The care in selecting raw materials is the original and main characteristic that makes the place to be a restaurant and a cocktail bar, and a style place overall. That’s what each of you can find at "Ozium".
